<p><p>Company Description</p><p>Friedman Estate Litigation (FEL) represents corporate, institutional, and individual clients in disputes related to wills, trusts, estates, and fiduciary issues, including breaches of fiduciary duty and accounting disputes. We also address pre-death disputes such as capacity issues, undue influence, and financial elder abuse. Additionally, FEL represents clients in a variety of real estate litigation matters, leveraging our experience and business-minded approach to provide efficient, results-oriented solutions. As a boutique litigation firm, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal services with a personalized touch.</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a Litigation Associate based in Barrie, ON.
