We are looking for a <strong>motivated, high-performing broker</strong> to spearhead our Builder’s Risk program nationwide.</p><p>With access to <strong>exclusive Lloyd’s markets</strong>, a robust network of construction-focused carriers, and advanced sales enablement tools, you’ll have the resources to grow your book of business while providing top-tier risk solutions to developers, general contractors, and construction firms.</p><p>If you’re a sales-driven commercial insurance professional with <strong>deep construction industry expertise</strong> and a <strong>hunter mentality</strong>, we want to hear from you!</p><hr /><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><p>✅ <strong>Develop & Expand Business</strong> – Identify and close new Builder’s Risk opportunities in the construction sector.<br />✅ <strong>Build Key Relationships</strong> – Become the trusted advisor for developers, general contractors, and project managers.<br />✅ <strong>Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions</strong> – Structure tailored Builder’s Risk programs for projects of all sizes.<br />✅ <strong>Advise on Risk Management</strong> – Guide clients on minimizing construction-related exposures.<br />✅ <strong>Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG</strong> – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.<br />✅ <strong>Collaborate with Underwriters</strong> – Secure competitive terms from top construction insurance markets.<br />✅ <strong>Drive Revenue Growth</strong> – Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.</p><hr /><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong><p>✔ <strong>Active RIBO License</strong> (in good standing) – Required<br />✔ <strong>3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience</strong> – <span >Construction/Builder</span>’s Risk focus strongly preferred<br />✔ Proven success in <strong>closing mid-to-large scale construction accounts</strong><br />✔ Strong <strong>negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills</strong><br />✔ CRM proficiency (<strong>HubSpot preferred</strong>); <strong>Vertafore SIG</strong> experience is a plus<br />✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely</p><hr /><strong>Why Join Ai Insurance Organization?</strong><p> <strong>Lucrative Compensation</strong> – Earn 80% commission on first-year new business<br /> <strong>Pathways to Ownership</strong> – Build and vest in your book of business over time<br /> <strong>Exclusive Market Access</strong> – Lloyd’s Coverholder & specialty construction markets<br />
