Please note - work phone, power tools & work truck will be provided by the company.<br><br><strong>Essential Skills:</strong><br /><ul><li>Estimate costs and materials</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Trouble shooting, system analysis and problem solving</li><li>Works well with others and individually</li><li>Versatility and adaptability</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Sheet metal experience an asset</li></ul><strong>Work Setting:</strong><br /><ul><li>Residential – single dwelling to high rise</li><li>Industrial</li><li>Commercial</li><li>Agricultural</li></ul><strong>Recommended Skills:</strong><br /><ul><li>Determine system requirements and sizing</li><li>Read blueprints & drawings to determine system requirements, locations of fixtures & sizes</li><li>Working with glycol and chilled water systems</li><li>Cut, Ream, Thread/Grove various size piping and materials</li><li>Boiler trouble shooting and maintenance</li><li>Chiller Trouble shooting and maintenance</li><li>Welding & brazing</li><li>Experience on skyjacks/boom lifts</li><li>Inspect for and repair gas leaks</li><li>Troubleshooting and repairs to heating systems and equipment</li><li>Install gas fired appliances</li><li>Installation and repair of hydronic heating systems</li></ul><strong>Own Tools / Equipment:</strong><br /><ul><li>Hand Tools</li><li>Steel-toed safety boots</li></ul><strong>Transportation / Travel Information:</strong><br /><ul><li>Vehicle supplied by employer</li><li>Clean drivers abstract</li><li>Valid (G) driver’s license</li><li>Willing to work remotely (room and board will be provided)</li></ul><strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.</strong></p></p>
