<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate</strong></p><p>Intralec is a Manufacturers Sales Rep representing quality Suppliers in the Electrical Industry </p><p>We are proud to have serviced the Ontario market since 1977 </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls/emails (ticket system)</li><li>Process orders, inquiries and quotations</li><li>Promptly solve customer problems</li><li>Expedite orders and back orders</li><li>Handle returns due to product <span >issues/warranty/order</span> errors</li><li>Assist and support the outside sales team </li><li>Back-up fellow team members as required</li><li>Attend product trainings and sales meetings when requested (some USA travel may be required)</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by management </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Degree or equivalent</li><li>3+ year Customer Service experience, preferably in the Electrical Industry</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English are essential</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Knowledge of Google Workspace and basic computer skills (will train on suppliers portals)</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Positive attitude and enthusiastic</li></ul><p><strong>Intralec Offers</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Annual bonus based on company profit </li><li>Extensive Health & Dental package for you and dependents</li><li>Training and development</li><li>Promote from within culture</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p>Monday - Friday </p><p>8 am - 4 pm </p><p><br /><strong>Work Location</strong></p><p>In Person at office located in Mississauga</p><p></p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for interview will be contacted..</p><p>Ready to take the next step in your career?
