This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and has a track record of delivering high-quality projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and schedules.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and manage all trades, resolving site issues quickly to maintain progress.</p></li><li><p>Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with OHSA regulations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site meetings, inspections, and prepare progress reports.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience in ICI construction.</p></li><li><p>Gold Seal Certification or equivalent considered an asset.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain project timelines and quality standards under tight deadlines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong><br />Competitive salary <strong>between $110,000 and $150,000+</strong> depending on experience, along with a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work on high-quality builds.</p></p></p>
