This position is split into two distinct seasonsSummer and Winterwith varying duties depending on the time of year.</p><p><br /></p><p>Summer Duties (May October)</p><p>Scheduled Shifts: 3545 hours/week</p><p>Youll be working both independently and as part of a crew to ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties include:</p><ul><li>Daily litter pick-up on site</li><li>Landscape maintenance: grass cutting, trimming, bush clearing/trimming</li><li>General site maintenance</li><li>Routine inspections and reporting</li><li>Photo documentation</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Winter Duties (November April)</p><p>On-call 24/7, weather-dependent</p><p>During the winter season, responsibilities shift to snow and ice management, including:</p><ul><li>Snow plowing</li><li>Salting and de-icing</li><li>Manual snow shoveling as required</li><li>Routine inspections</li><li>Photo documentation</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided for on-site work)</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, especially in winter (on-call)</li><li>Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to work independently</li></ul><p>Perks</p><ul><li>Competitive seasonal pay</li><li>Company vehicle provided for job duties (kept on-site)</li><li>Opportunity to work outdoors and stay active</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul><p>Apply Today</p><p>Ready to start right away?
