<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern or Post-Grad Intern to join our HR team. This 8-month internship offers hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, providing a comprehensive understanding of the role HR plays in supporting organizational success. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about people and culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Talent Acquisition & Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with posting job openings, candidate searches and screening resumes.</li><li>Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.</li><li>Support new hire onboarding activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Relations & Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.</li><li>Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.</li><li>Support reporting & compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>HR Projects & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvements.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations using HR data and metrics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Gain:</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to a wide range of HR functions and responsibilities.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.</li><li>Professional development and networking opportunities.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
