The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner</li><li>Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices</li><li>Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and company regulations</li><li>Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment</li><li>End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps</li></ul><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /><ul><li>High school Diploma or equivalent GED</li><li>1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required</li><li>A valid drivers license</li><li>Ability to use a mobile device or tablet</li><li>Detail-oriented, highly organized</li><li>Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships</li><li>Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates</li><li>Clean and professional appearance</li><li>Able to regularly lift 50 lbs</li></ul><br /><strong>About Culligan</strong><br />As the worlds leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
