<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<p>The Finance Business Partner will support financial planning, reporting, and analytics to help eSentire operate more effectively. This role is ideal for a rising finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow through hands-on experience and collaboration.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze financial transactions and provide variance analysis vs. forecast and budget.</li>
<li>Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning using Adaptive Insights.</li>
<li>Develop actionable financial reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.</li>
<li>Support the annual budget planning process and monitor budget compliance.</li>
<li>Approve purchase requisitions and surface financial risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to financial and operational reporting.</li>
<li>Build reports from single or multiple systems and ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li>Leverage AI-enabled reporting and analytics tools to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve transactional processes and reporting clarity.</li>
<li>Train end users on dashboards and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Support leadership and cross-functional teams with special projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Actively pursuing CPA designation or other relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level I candidate, MBA with finance focus).</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related finance roles, ideally within a growing or tech-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.</li>
<li>Solid business acumen, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.</li>
<li>Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, and Power BI is an asset.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Adaptive Insights or budget planning software</li>
<li>Experience with SaaS and technology organizations</li>
</ul>
