<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Apply here <span >https://jobs.fillarole.ca/job</span>-<span >board/jobs/511/farm</span>-<span >worker/godmanchester</span>-qc</p><p></p><p>Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of specialized livestock workers, farm machinery operators, livestock labourers, maple syrup and harvesting labourers</p><p>Moving products in winter months and help prepare for shipment</p><p>Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs</p><p>Ensuring that the farm is clean and help ensure that equipment is well taken care of</p><p>Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare</p><p>Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations such as grains</p><p>Tapping tree in all weather conditions</p><p>Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies</p><p>Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed</p><p>May perform general farm duties</p><p>Other duties that apply</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Punctual</p><p>Attention to detail</p><p>Drivers licence is an asset</p><p>Works well with others as well as independently</p><p>Able to lift 75 lbs.</p><p>Ability to drive farm machinery is an asset</p><p>Mechanically included is an asset</p><p>Not afraid of small animals</p><p>Able to work in all weather conditions</p><p>Willing to work evenings and weekends if and when required</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Apply here <span >https://jobs.fillarole.ca/job</span>-<span >board/jobs/511/farm</span>-<span >worker/godmanchester</span>-qc</p></p></p>
