<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Valid License<br />Full-Time, Evenings (5:00 p.m. start)<br><br></p><p><strong>About the Role: </strong><br /> BINX Professional Cleaning is growing and looking for a motivated and organized Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy leadership, take pride in high standards, and are looking for a long-term role with a supportive local company.<br><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p><ul><li>Supervise evening cleaning staff and ensure all sites meet BINX quality standards.</li><li>Perform cleaning tasks as needed and support the team on-site.</li><li>Train and mentor new employees.</li><li>Conduct daily inspections and report to management.</li><li>Maintain equipment, supplies, and ensure health & safety standards are followed.</li><li>Secure buildings (keys, alarm codes) and complete shift reports.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer: </strong><br /> Competitive pay: $21–$25/hour<br /> Health, dental & vision benefits + life insurance<br /> Annual uniform & safety shoe allowance<br /> Cell phone and vehicle allowance<br /> Mostly company vehicle provided (personal vehicle reimbursed when used)<br /> Ongoing training & opportunity for advancement within the company<br><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For: </strong></p><ul><li>Previous cleaning <strong>and</strong> <span >supervisory/management</span> experience (required)</li><li>Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle</li><li>Clean criminal record (bondable)</li><li>Available Monday–Friday evenings (5:00 p.m.), with every second weekend availability.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills</li><li>Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with a team</li><li>Physically able to walk, bend, lift, and operate cleaning equipment<br><br></li></ul><p>Full Canadian citizenship required for bonding purposes.<br />This position is not available to students.<br><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong><br /> Send your resume to service@binx.ca or apply directly.
