<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>About the Job:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>The Position:</strong> 1 OPENING!</li><li><strong>Description:</strong> Evening Facilities Technician</li><li><strong>Location: </strong>North Bay - 2 locations</li><li><strong>Shift:</strong> 5 nights per week (Monday to Friday) and alternating weekends - 29 hours per week</li><li><strong>Compensation: </strong>$17.20/hour</li></ul><p><br /><strong>YOU MUST HAVE YOUR LICENSE AND VEHICLE.</strong></p><p><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Completing all cleaning to the standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.</li><li>Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use daily.</li><li>Double-checking all your cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.</li><li>Understand and follow daily schedules.</li><li>Ensuring you are aware of the cleaning needs of each location by following the spec sheets provided.</li><li>Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.</li><li>All candidates must have their vehicle, a valid driver&#39;s license, and insurance for this position.</li><li>All employees are required to pass a police background check.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>About the Job:</strong></p><p><br />Make fun of cleaning!<br><br></p><p>Are you looking to work with a company that pays weekly, has numerous benefits, and has a management team that helps you succeed?
