The hours for this position can vary and requires the successful candidate to drive a company vehicle while working so a valid drivers license is a must along with flexibility<br><br><strong>Hours would be approximately:<br><br></strong>Sundays 12:00pm 7:30pm (can vary)<br />Monday Thursday 5:00pm 12:00am (can vary)<br><br>Some Friday evenings are required from time to time<br><br><strong>The successful candidates are required to have the following:<br><br></strong>- Have a valid drivers license.<br />- Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice. <br />- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate. <br />- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary. <br />- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.<br />- Able to work independently & around people<br />- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required. <br />- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently. <br />- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading. <br />- Be able to work various locations throughout the city <br />- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames<br />- Have an eye for detail cleaning <br><br><strong>Job Duties would include but not limited to.<br><br></strong>Building Cleaning.<br />- Sweeping/Mopping <br />- Disinfecting touch points <br />- Vacuuming <br />- <span >Cleaning/disinfecting</span> washrooms<br />- Dusting<br />- General cleaning duties<br />- Garbage removal <br />- And more as directed by supervisors.<br />- Helping co-workers<br><br><strong>To apply; please reply to this ad with your resume<br><br></strong>Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.<br><br></p></p>
