The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality packaging, thrives in a team-driven environment, and is open to working outside standard business hours.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst die-cutting machines to ensure precise and efficient production of corrugated or paperboard boxes.</p></li><li><p>Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the production team to meet shift goals and deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during machine operation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate production records and machine logs.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Minimum 2 years of experience operating Bobst die-cutting machines.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and within a team.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).</p></li><li><p>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li></ul></p></p>
