This role requires a keen eye for detail, <strong>advanced paint correction skills</strong>, and expertise in<strong> </strong><strong>ceramic coatings</strong> to maintain and enhance the premium quality of our vehicles.</p><p><strong>Exterior & Interior Detailing:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform <strong>high-end exterior detailing</strong>, including hand washes, waxing, and polishing to enhance vehicle aesthetics.</li><li>Conduct<strong> two-stage paint correction</strong> to remove light scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections, restoring the flawless finish expected in a luxury brand.</li><li>Apply <strong>ceramic coatings</strong> for superior paint protection, hydrophobic properties, and an enhanced deep gloss finish.</li><li>Clean and <strong>dress luxury wheels, tires, and trim</strong>, ensuring a showroom-quality presentation.</li><li>Detail engine bays and undercarriages with care, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Interior Cleaning & Restoration:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><strong>Thoroughly clean and detail</strong> premium leather, suede, Alcantara, and high-end trim materials to maintain their pristine condition.</li><li>Vacuum and deep-clean<strong> luxury carpets and upholstery</strong>, ensuring a spotless and refreshed interior.</li><li>Apply <strong>proper conditioning treatments</strong> for leather, wood, and carbon fiber accents to preserve the high-end craftsmanship.</li><li>Sanitize and deodorize all vehicle interiors for a fresh and inviting customer experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Quality & Efficiency:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Deliver<strong> </strong><strong>flawless detailing services</strong> that reflect the prestige and quality of a luxury automotive brand.</li><li>Ensure every detail meets <strong>manufacturer and dealership showroom standards</strong> before customer delivery.</li><li>Work efficiently without compromising on quality, upholding the highest levels of precision.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Customer & Dealership Support:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Prepare<strong> </strong><strong>new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles </strong>to<strong> </strong><strong>the highest luxury presentation standards</strong>.</li><li>Detail used and certified pre-owned vehicles <strong>to enhance their resale value and maintain premium appeal.</strong></li><li>Assist in maintaining dealership inventory and showroom vehicles to<strong> ensure a world-class customer experience.</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>General Dealership Assistance:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform additional detailing services, including <strong>paint touch-ups, trim restoration, and headlight restoration.</strong></li><li>Assist technicians and service advisors as needed, ensuring seamless dealership operations.</li><li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional detailing workspace.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Safe Driving & Vehicle Handling:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Handle <strong>high-end, luxury, and exotic vehicles</strong> with the utmost care and professionalism.</li><li>Drive and transport vehicles safely, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Career Growth & Development:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>This position is an<strong> </strong><strong>excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury automotive detailing.</strong></li><li>We provide<strong> training in advanced detailing techniques, paint correction, and ceramic coatings,</strong> helping employees develop expertise in<strong> </strong><strong>the luxury automotive industry.</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>You’ll also need to have: </strong></p><ul><li>One year of previous automotive detailing experience </li><li>Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license </li></ul><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $19.30 - $21.00 / hour </p><p><strong>Don’t have this exact experience but feel like you have what it takes? </strong></p><p>Tell us your story.
