As an isure <strong>Personal Lines</strong> <strong>Customer Service Broker</strong> you will be responsible for the customer satisfaction, retention and growth of an existing book of business.</p><p></p><p><strong>Succeeding as a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker</strong> <strong>will require the following core qualifications and skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.</p></li><li><p>RIBO level 1 license</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker, required</p></li><li><p>Exceptional customer service focus and relationship building skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several parties with accuracy and an attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordingly</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgency</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, you will exceptionally complete the following (not an exhaustive list of responsibilities):</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients</p></li><li><p>Discuss and assess customers current and future insurance needs</p></li><li><p>Provide advice and answer customer questions about their policies</p></li><li><p>Prepare renewals, remarkets and endorsements</p></li><li><p>Cross-sell and upsell to our existing book of business</p></li><li><p>Assist and advise customers on making claims on their policies</p></li></ul><p>Other related duties as may be required</p><p></p><p><strong>Here is what isure offers you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Education reimbursement program</p></li><li><p>Employee discounts on home and auto insurance</p></li><li><p>Employee referral program</p></li><li><p>Paid vacation, sick and personal days</p></li><li><p>Group Benefits Plan</p></li><li><p>RRSP Saving Program</p></li><li><p>A fun and casual work environment </p></li><li><p>Team-building events</p></li><li><p>Semi-annual employee reviews and opportunities for development/growth</p></li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
