<p>Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller will lead ADL’s finance function across multiple sites. This is more than a maintenance role—it’s an opportunity to modernize, strengthen, and help guide our financial systems through the next stage of growth.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide leadership to accounting teams across all company locations.</li>
<li>Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and CRA requirements.</li>
<li>Enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li>
<li>Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and capital expenditures.</li>
<li>Assist in the transition from manual processes toward more automated systems.</li>
<li>Lead audit readiness and work closely with external auditors and tax professionals.</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc, regulatory or compliance-based reporting, as required.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who brings both technical strength and leadership presence.</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and team leadership.</li>
<li>Background in manufacturing is an asset, as is experience managing change.</li>
<li>Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>A positive, proactive approach—you see opportunity where others see obstacles.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education and Training:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>CPA designation required.</li>
</ul>
