<h3>Role Description</h3>
<p>We are seeking a visionary and hands-on technical co-founder to join our team. As the Co-founder & Head of Technology, you will have full ownership of the technology stack, leading the development and evolution of our platform. This is a pivotal role for someone with a true startup mindset, ready to build and scale our product from the ground up and commit to the venture\'s long-term success.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Technology Strategy:</b> Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy, ensuring our tech stack supports business goals and future growth.</li>
<li><b>Product Leadership:</b> Lead the development and management of our web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). This includes everything from product design to database architecture.</li>
<li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of developers, product owners, and data analysts.</li>
<li><b>Technical Execution:</b> Oversee all technical operations, including software development, systems security, infrastructure management, and data management.</li>
<li><b>Security & Scalability:</b> Implement robust security protocols and ensure the platform is built for scalability to handle rapid user growth and transaction volume.</li>
<li><b>Innovation:</b> Stay ahead of technology trends and continuously look for opportunities to improve the platform and user experience.</li>
