Consider being a part of our bright future!</p><p><strong>Positions and Shifts:</strong></p><p>Multiple Positions on Afternoon Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 2:00 am and Friday, 3:15 pm to 7:15 pm</p><p><em><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></em></p><p>The responsibilities for the rewarding position of CNC Lathe Hand at Ben Machine Products will include the following:<em><strong><br /></strong></em></p><ul><li>Set-up and operate CNC turning centres with live tooling.</li><li>Use appropriate tools, fixtures and indicators to set up the machine.</li><li>Load, unload, change and modify programs as required.</li><li>Change and set cutting tools.</li><li>Modify and grind tools as required.</li><li>Adjust feeds and speeds for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Operate the machine with all safety precautions in place.</li><li>Deburr and prepare parts for loading and after unloading.</li><li>Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensions are within tolerance.</li><li>Read and interpret blue prints.</li><li>Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Experience:</strong></em></p><p>We are looking for candidates with the following minimum experience:</p><ul><li>5+ years&#39; experience required.</li><li>Certificate, college degree or other training in CNC turning an asset.</li><li>Fanuc or Haas experience a must.</li><li>Familiarity with Mastercam preferred.</li><li>Previous aerospace experience preferred.</li><li>Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.</li></ul><p>Please note that we will only be able to respond to successful candidates.
