<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced <strong>CNC Boring Mill <span >Programmer/Machinist</span></strong> to join our expanding team.</p><p></p><p>As the CNC Boring Mill <span >Programmer/Machinist,</span> you will be responsible for developing quality programs that run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of down time on a CNC Boring Mill. This team members objective is to keep machines running as long as possible without attendance. </p><p></p><p>This position will report directly to the Machine Leader.</p><p></p><p>We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> Program effective and efficient tool paths</li><li> Set-up of the jobs on the machines</li><li> Making their own tools</li><li> Ensuring quality of parts machined</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li> Minimum 3 years programming and operating a CNC Boring Mill machine</li><li> Experience with Tebis software an asset, but not required</li><li> Experience with FCS an asset, but not required</li><li> Strong work ethic</li><li> Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures</li><li> Good communication and organizational skills</li><li> Demonstrate strong leadership skills</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p><p>Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
