If you have great people skills and enjoy working pets, this is the perfect role for you.</p><p><br /></p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working With Us:</strong><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the company</li><li>A fun, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>You love animals and want to help them find the best food options out there for them</li><li>We are a Canadian company and proud of it - we do sell products from around the world but we also sell a lot of Canadian products</li></ul><p><br /></p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><ul><li>Greet guests warmly and assist them to find their needs for their fur babies</li><li>Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently</li><li>Provide excellent hospitality by answering menu questions and making order suggestions</li><li>Ensure a clean and organized workspace by following health and safety guidelines</li><li>Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude</li><li>Work as part of a team to create a seamless guest experience</li><li>Receive shipments from suppliers and enter into inventory</li><li>Price and mark expiry dates on all products</li><li>Rotate treats and food products as needs and help keep track on inventory by expiry dates</li><li>Mark down any special order requests for customers</li><li>Brainstorm on marketing ideas and how to grow our customer base</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong><ul><li>A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately -training will be provided</li><li>Strong multitasking skills- customer service, inventory tracking and marketing</li><li>A team player who is willing to step in and help as needed</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays</li><li>A person that has enthusiasm and energy and isn&#39;t afraid to learn new things</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Hours we are open:</strong></p><p>Sunday 11-5</p><p>Monday thru to Friday - 10-8</p><p>Saturday - 10 - 6</p><p>We are looking for staff that are available for these hours - to take turns on weekends if full time, students could be scheduled after school - but if after school is an issue, on weekends and holidays</p><p><br /></p><p>If you enjoy connecting with people and creating a positive guest experience, apply today and become a part of our team!
