<p>Our employer is a Toronto-based Zoho Advanced Partner with outstanding achievements in delivering high-quality services to clients using Zoho technologies.</p><p>They are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Analyst and Project Manager (2 in 1)</strong> to join their team.</p><p>The company focuses on Zoho implementation, solution design, Zoho integrations with 3rd party tools, and migration to Zoho.</p><ul><li>Full-time, in-office position (Vaughan)</li><li>Reporting to the CTO (company size: 10 people)</li><li>The role might involve occasional travel to customers and industry events</li><li>Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada</li><li>Compensation Range: 75-100k CAD + performance bonus</li><li>Vacation days: 10 days</li><li>Benefits: no</li><li>Probation period: 3 months</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The candidate must have the experience to cover the following aspects:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Understand and analyze customer's business model and processes</li><li>Gather customer's requirements</li><li>Develop Zoho solution design with the Zoho experts’ team</li><li>Collaborate on tech pre-sale with our Sales team, including running custom system demos and managing proposal development</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Project Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Develop project scope, plan, and tasks backlog</li><li>Manage project tasks and timelines</li><li>Lead developers and system configurators</li><li>Create documentation</li><li>Test delivered solutions</li><li>Develop training materials and conduct customer training sessions</li><li>Configure and customize Zoho system – basic functions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>IT/software engineering education - preferred</li><li>Decent experience in business analysis - must</li><li>Experience in project management and DEV team management - must</li><li>Experience in business software implementation and configuration - must</li><li>Proven experience of working with customers and conducting meetings and workshops - must</li><li>Excellent communication and verbal skills in English - must</li><li>Proven experience in business processes mapping and design</li><li>Good understanding of data modeling including ERD and other design tools</li><li>Familiarity with software configuration tools and software development methodology</li><li>Familiarity with software design and integration patterns</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability and willingness to work in a small and a very dynamic and flexible team</li><li>Strong self-education capabilities</li><li>Ability to run multiple projects and activities simultaneously</li><li>Proactive approach and "can do" attitude</li><li>Solid personal time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to work in a multi cultural environment and strong collaboration skills</li></ul><p></p>
