If you want to play a key management role and get an inside look at how to run a business this summer, then look no further because you&#39;ve stumbled across a challenging and lucrative opportunity.</p><p>We are looking for <strong>hardworking, dedicated students</strong> to take on a role as a <strong>full-time business owner</strong> this summer.</p><p>This model is unique to students who are wanting to gain entrepreneurial skills and take on business&#39; day-to-day operations (sales, marketing, recruiting and production), while hiring and managing staff in the summer. This position has all the required training to take a student who has no business experience into a sales magician and entrepreneur.</p><p>This program is for students who will learn how to run a successful home service business. The coaches of this program have millions of dollars of sales experience and over 100+ successful students. There is no set income, and our students on average make 30-40% profit on their projects with clients.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ol><li><p>Responsible for the overall completion and quality of property maintenance and window cleaning projects</p></li><li><p>Active participation in marketing & sales to build your client list</p></li><li><p>Client communication and production scheduling</p></li><li><p>Training, onboarding & managing employees</p></li><li><p>Initiating and finishing jobs including:</p><ol><li><p>Picking up client payments</p></li><li><p>Transporting materials such as ladders and worker materials </p></li><li><p>Working with suppliers to place material orders</p></li><li><p>Jobsite marketing efforts</p></li></ol></li><li><p>Manage day-to-day tasks</p></li><li><p>Track profit and expenses through out completion of projects</p></li></ol><p>Want to learn more or get more information?
