<li> Analyze daily property deposits and follow-up on discrepancies</li>
<li> Analyze bad debt activity </li>
<li> Compile and analyze monthly AR Package</li>
<li> Investigate and report daily Integrity issues for resolution</li>
<li> Investigate Straight-line Rent issues as addressed</li>
<li> Prepare and record Corporate Cash Receipts</li>
<li> Compile and process EFT file entries monthly</li>
<li> Generate Straight-line Rent monthly</li>
<li> Create journal entries as required</li>
<li> Process Bad Debt Provisions</li>
<li> Process Security Deposit Refunds</li>
<li> Provide support and assistance to Property Administrators</li>
<li> Provide support and assistance to Accounting team</li>
<li> Provide support to other departments</li>
<li> Review and file daily cash reconciliations online</li>
<li> Review lease profiles against source documents</li>
<li> Review and file monthly property reports online</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Have University or College education in Business or Finance field</li>
<li>2+ year with Billings and Cash Apps Experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel - must do an excel test)</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail </li>
<li>Have a solid understanding of Accounting Principles & Practices</li>
<li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Have strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Driven to achieving results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking </li>
