They help coach, support and supervise the restaurant.</strong></p><p><strong> As an assistant manager, you will utilize and provide directions to your team during their shift to achieve operational excellence.</strong></p><p><strong>As well, you will act as a coach and mentor to by using discretion in providing feedback to improve your team’s performance, and effectively recommending employment decisions to the manager</strong></p><p><br /></p><br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>- Possess an enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
