<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About BTV:</strong></p><p>BTV – Business Television is a full-service marketing agency specializing in financial communications. For over 27 years, we’ve helped publicly traded companies and financial institutions attract investors through strategic marketing, creative production, and targeted distribution.</p><p>BTV is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator. Located in Surrey BC, this full-time position will report to the Production Manager and will have the following responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate projects via production management software Clickup</li><li>Liaise with broadcaster representatives to schedule airtime, send traffic, etc.</li><li>Organize client shoots as required (including coordinating client availability, booking crew/location, creating call sheets, sending calendar invites, etc)</li><li>Manage company documents and forms</li><li>Assist and complete any other administrative assignments as they arise</li><li>Finalize and ship commercials to broadcasters</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 1 year administrative experience is preferred</li><li>Experience with Adobe Software is an asset, but not required.</li><li>Experience with project management software, preferably Clickup, is an asset, but not required.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)</li><li>Strong organization skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask with care and attention to details</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing timelines</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must be a local resident and reliably commute to the office</li><li>An interest in finance and stock markets would be considered an asset.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong><span> CA$20.00 - CA$24.00 per hour</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ability to commute/relocate:</strong></p><ul><li>Surrey, BC V3S 6J8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong> In person</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
