If you share our passion for delivering an unparalleled client experience, while representing a truly legendary brand, we would like to hear from you.</p><p><br /></p><p>What you will do:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>As a brand ambassador, you are the first and central point of contact for all visitors and clients either in person or on the phone</li><li>Receive clients in a professional manner and will personal arrange contact with the appropriate individual or department ensuring a luxury experience</li><li>Provide support to Service Department during handover of loaner vehicles, invoicing and cashing out</li><li>Coordinate shuttle and valet transportation for clients</li><li>Provide support to Sales Department with floor control and dealership traffic</li><li>Promptly and efficiently operate the dealership telephone switchboard and field calls to the appropriate departments</li><li>Support the success of Q caf, with occasional duties as a barista, as part of the client experience team</li><li>Provide support in the sales of Mercedes-Benz boutique accessories - advising, entering orders, selling and invoicing.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure order and cleanliness of all client areas</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.</p><p><br /></p><p>What you will bring to the role:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>A proven track record of superb teamwork</li><li>A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect.</li><li>You have excellent communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Availability during business hours of Mondays to Saturdays<br /></li><li>Sophisticated look and presence is a must, similar to the first impressions of Mercedes-Benz vehicles</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>As a professional, dedicated and customer focused <span >Receptionist/Concierge</span> for Mercedes-Benz Burlington, youll have the opportunity to grow professionally in an environment that rewards commitment, enthusiasm and performance.</p><p><br /></p><p>We thank all interested candidates but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p><br /></p><p>Required education & experience:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>High school or equivalent</li><li>Reception Experience is an asset</li></ul></p></p>
